I left my office at durgapur on 3/12/18 at 5.45 p.m. due to chest pain with loose motion. I proceeded for kolkata at 7.pm . at 6.50 p.m. I intimated my immediate sr. AO.(accounts officer) through SMS. On 4/12/18 at 12.35 p.m. I sent SMS again to my immediate senior AO :"Dr. advised me to take rest atleast for 3days". At 4.52 p.m. I sent one mail to Regional P F Commissioner-I stating the compelling circumstances for leaving station instaforex of obtaining but to intimating through SMS. On 7/12/18 I resumed my duty with medical certificate. On 18/12/18 I was issued one Show cause for willful adsence why the days will not be treated as dies non. I submitted my reply. My 3days salary has been cut off from my salary for the month of Dec.18. without any intimation or conclusion of my appeal. Can it be done on the legal foot. if not what will be my next course of action? In the mean time I have also submitted one letter quiring the reason for short payment in salary.
