we have filed property civil suit ,and sent the summons from court to diffiendent residence address, but the house given for rent and the diffiendent is staying in abroad and address not available , the judge is not will to give permition for paper publication.
kindly advise how to trace out the diffiendent address in abroad to serve the notice

Tenant must be having some link that will help you fill gaps.
