Dirty water discharge from "nearby hotel"

THERES A HOTEL NEAR MY PLACE(5TH PLOT FROM MINE) THEY R DISCHARGING WASTE WATER BLATANTLY ON MAIN ROAD, AND ITS GETTING COLLECTED AND MAKING PUDDLE NEAR MY PLOT,WHAT CAN I DO,WHAT AUTHORITIES TO APPROACH?

Approach local authority for regulation of muddy water in your area. If it create pollution of ground water then central polution contral board, State department of environment, can take apprpriate action for public nuissance.
