Dear Sir,
As Advised by seniors, my friend filled complaint with Andhra Bank for for disciplinary action with his organisation in fraud 498a case. he received following letter for the same,
please advise what to do now. He already filled RTI .

What action were you expecting. It seems that the "fraud 498a" or "false 498a" can only be proven during trial and the organization has decided to wait for the outcome of the same.

what advise do you want by simply showing stereotype acknowledgement of a complaint. where are facts of the case?

Disciplinary action for Alleged Dowry giving in 498a case.. I believe organisation suppose to take action against the person who confessed of alleged dowry giving on the FIR and But why they want to wait until the outcome of the case ?

Confession? Based on what are you saying that they confessed? FIR is no confession
PS: Such complaints are just to put some pressure on the opposite side, don't get carried away and get disheartened that it has not worked

Also, the term "seniors", senior in which capacity? Further they asked you to file a complaint and not told you how to follow up the complaint?
