I do not understand the reason why people hide behind aliases. I appeal to the lawyers members of the Forum not to respond to posts which are offensive and made under a pseudo name.

Dear Mr.Salvi & Mr.Menon,
I do agree with your view point and would like to add that these kind of threads spreads negativity and cannot be of any value addition - further Administrator should keep a watch and initially pursuade politely and if still this persists then they should be barred for once and all. It is a high time that once for all this policy be made.
Thanks and best regards
Daksh

i already had a tough time dealing with such hidden people, few have been so coward that they would keep on writing anything but wont like to fight face to face. Often needless comments have been passed by such people and fewer times I find them to be the frustrated class of society.
most of the times I avoid queries from such people and all the Ld. lawyer friends must follow the pursuit.

Dear Experts,
The forum handles a lot of sensitive issues regarding matrimonial disputes, disputes between brothers, sisters & parents and in most of these cases the querists would like to hide their identity since it is washing their dirty linen out before public, hence, the administrators of the website hit upon a novel idea to mask the identity of the querist, however all cannot be straight some mischeivous elements do in garb of this facility try to mock at us. I think we should not take such people in our stride and help those who sincerely deserve legal assistance.

Anil,
Can u clarify your statement " The way some of them are active, it would not be surprising, that they would be in the league of top members in terms of the points earned with their rubbish."
Dear Vishal,
I want to clarify, I did not mean any offence to any of the present top members who have earned their right to be there.
If it is read in the context of the "miscevious elements" referred to by you in your reply, my statement would not need any clarification. Any further clarfication from me would only lead to contraversial discussion, which is not at all desirable, as is evident from the spirit of the various messages. I believe points earned fetches a place in the top league and these mischevious elements are earning good points.

My preliminary objection is itself use of name of our "Father of our Nation". My sincere suggestion to the Admin would be to ban the use of that name which is reeling under rough weather. If his name is still permitted, I am afraid we are doing great injustice and bringing disrespect to the Great man on the earth. Let him use some other name and pass his dirty comments. We are here to ward them off, if they are really ill-motivated or vindicative.
Father of our Nation's policy was non-violence and use of temperate language. But this hidden person's policy is totally violence by his comments and use of intemperate language.

Criticism cannot be shut out simply because somebody is held in high esteem. Rabindranath Tagore might have called him Mahatma. That does not mean that we have all become bereft of any sense. There are two sides to a coin. Lay your hand on Minuoo Masani's book on the Mahatma to know the other side.
