is this possible for any registered union to discriminate a person or a family from the group , if they fail to obey the rules of the union ?

If they breach rules.....and in rule book it's declared as a steps then they can,but within the limit.

No one allowed to discriminate people in wider range like social hate etc. so within limit and within union function they can.
