discrimination against disability in direct recruitment

I am faisal from delhi and person with spinal deformity and polio.The case is of niscair-csir-a delhi based scientific orgzn in which I applied for the post of scientist as a person with disability. There were four posts in which one reserved for PWD - OH . I cleared an entrance test and attend interview under all eligible and desirable qualfctns. Surprisingly all seats filled up with non pwd candidates which is a violation of PwD Act 95 as no seat can carry forward to able bodied in case even one reserved for pwd candidate. Write (under proper acknowledgment) to Recruitment/appointign authority,Chairman.

Commissioner for Disabled can be approached.

@all : m sEeking free legal support with expert lawyer to file the case in CAT/delhi high court as can't afford huge fee of lawyers as having responsibility of one more bro ( who is MR) . I want to teach lesson to insensitive system. I have some case studies of ccpd ( disability commissioner) associated with me, hence it's not handy agency in terms of justice reg service matters. I already bring the concern in kind notice of CSIR-governing body ( President, VP, Director General,Member) including higher authorities of NISCAIR : None respond , neither giving RTI reply satisfactorily
