2010 me Supreme Court ka Aik order aaya ke koye bhe Aisa cours legal nahi hoga Jo central council me samil nahi hai board ne aise sadhu college ke student ka registration yeh kahte huye cancel ker diya ke course ccim me samil nahi hai. board aur college ne central council, govt ko central council act 1970 14-2 ke through request bheja ke ese app apne schedule me samil kare central council ne application 2012 me reject ker diya. jese old boys association ne high court me challenge kiya 2014 Jo 2019 me dismiss Ho gaya,, court ne kaha yeh policy matter hai court aamtour se interfere nahi kerti. petionor advocate ne case ko not press ker diya petionor avail other remedy available in law. phir association ne central council, ministry of ayush ko Apna representation bheja Jo 9/7/19 ko agenda me rakha gaya jesme yeh Faisal kiye ke final decision lene se pehle central council college ke repesantative ko apne baat rekhne ka time diya jayega. Lekin aaj tak koye action nahi hota dekhe raha hai.
