Dear Sir,
We have a property with name of Three Brothers.
Two Brother got die and one brother is living happy life.
A property of house made like living brother having possesion from land & rest of two brothers leaving rest area of up and down.
I would like to know that, if die brothers son offered to division of property in respective of land size.
and the living brother having less part of land size compare to actual sharing.
What will be the dicision abount dismetal of house.
A saperate portion of house also dismental to be dividing the property.
or one up and down property will be dismental to divide size on the base of land & after measuring the land size is effected from saprate portion then the division get from this protion.
Otherwise saprate portion can not be dismental.
Please guide me.
