2. she is settled in abroad from 2012

3. she left the child at her parental home at vizag

4. unable to put any evidence in the court

5. I have submit all the proors that she deserted me

(like photos that she is staying in aboroad and company proof  )

but still judge dismissed my case

I strongly believe i lost because of below po

1. 3 of thier family members working in the court , so any influence or

money matters here .

U sought divorce and she has not responded. Am I right. Something concrete is missing in UR query. Family members working in court cannot influence the judges,it is a wrong notion.

Dear Sainadh ,

Thanks for your reply ,

yes you are right ,,

but she left my matrimonial home in 2010 and from then we are separated and left ,India in 2012 and settled in UK ,very rarely she came to court , I was the one who attended the court regularly ,,, and in the cross examination she admitted that she  was settled in UK and from more than 2 years,,,, so my question here is on what basis judge dismissed my divorce petetion...

I completely proved that she diserted me.

Thank you in advance

Dear Sainadh ,

As per you thoughts ,

only women acceptence is the only creteria to get the divorce no other laws am I right....?  correct me if i am wrong.

You are absolutely wrong.  Men file  divorce cases and get them.  The case depends on what grounds you asked for divorce and what evidence you brought before the court and the judgment only tell where you elapsed.  If you did not elapse, then go to appeal in High Court.
