First, I am much convienced with Vijay Raj Mahajan Sir, as the Kapil Chandna Sir's advice is different. Kapir Sir, want to tell you that If the opposite party i.e. my wife was fully aware of my Divorce Case and she filed the replication through her lawyer (duly signed by her as well her lawyer) and also she communicate the Delhi Family Court throuth her another letter in which she stated her filing of Divorce case at Allahabad.
then Kapil Sir How it is possible to another higher Court or other State Court to give her another fair chance to file or set-aside my Divorce Decree.
As per the Order and my opinion, she has no option to challange this case in another Court as well as in same Court. Secondly as per my another view, she can only file for/claim for "Stridhan" and "Alimony" may be or not but only in Delhi. Section 125 Crpc is not applied in her case as she loose the chance and Only option is Sec 24 for her Alimony or whatever her livelihood from me.
Plz correct If I am right.
