Divorce

Can a husband refuse to pay any alimoney or any maintenance to his wife? On what grounds?

The actual condition is, wife is working as a Anganwadi member and getting Rs. 4000 p.m., and the husband is suffering from paralysis?

If the income of wife is sufficient or if the order is not proper then you can challenge the same in high court but you cannot stop payment if ordered by court otherwise you will face the consequences. In case of need consult with details. Sidharth 9811776423

Yes the husband can definately mention the same before the Court.  The Court has to consider the husband's disability, provided that the disability is to such extent that the husband cannot be reasonally expected to make a living.
