husband file for divorce under sec 13 1 (a), First hearing, was counselling, second hearing got adjourned, third hearing also got adjourned as it was sunday, judge did not appear on sunday. fourth hearing counselling was done. the family counsellor advised and made us to communicate as they identified communication lack is the problem of all the issues. but husband never communicates after sending so many mails. we have a son of 4 years old where is a special care child, having less vision, at this stage i ve filed RCR and IM i m a private employee getting 15,000 as salary, i am keeping my salary pay as evidence. now at this stage can i ask for more counsellings, and what about my IM, and RCR. if RCR wins, if he goes non-compilance of RCR for one year and again applies for divorce, what is my immediate remedy?
