my wife has filed for divorce from dharwad, karnataka, i stay in pune, i have not received the notice, i came to know about it from my relatives, already two notices have been sent, i came to know she has filed for dissolution of marriage, will the decision be ex-parte and can she ask for maintaince, ihave a girlchild who is with her. she has taken lot of money while going, we were married in dec 2004, she left me in july 2009. she took all my savings and refuses to return it. i also want a divorce but i do not want to give her maintaince. she deserted me, taking all the money.please guide me.
