Divorce

hi sir,

my name is madhurima.i got love marriage to one guy on December 21st 2006 in a temple with out informing both parents.after that i went to my home and he went to his home.after some months his parents came to know about my marriage they said no so i married another guy on march 16th 2007 that too love marriage but his parents accepted my marriage but they didnt came to marriage.after that i went to my home only.after some days my first husband came n asked please come with me i cant stay without u even my parents not accepting i will do marriage so we got register marriage on August 21st 2009 and he knows about second marriage even but now he applied divorce saying that she cheated me i donno she got second marriage like that.both guys know about my 2 marriages.but my first husband kept cheating case on me.is it works he is having proofs of my second marriage photos i donno how to prove already he knows about my second marriage please help me.....he kept wrong case on me.recently my father expired so no one is there to help pls help sir.....

Dear Madhurima,

Your second marriage without a doubt is null and void, infact you are liable for criminal proceedings for bigamy by your first and second husband both if enough proof of both the marriage is there. I can gather your first husband is seeking a divorce on the grounds of fraud, that is not a ground for divorce - he must be making out a case for mental cruelty.

Consult a local lawyer to frame your defence.

Sorry but People like you deserve this.

Dont worry, Divorce both of them and find another.

Good Luck for another.

It will hurt you but this is fact. I always guide people not to do like this,

first take your decision to take each other responsibility and live together only then got marriage and protetion from High Cout. But people think this is a game, whenever they want they got married and when they fed up they diovrce like boyfriend and girlfriend and never came to know the happiness of responsiblity and real love.

At this stage I dont think people like you deserve any appology, coz this is the time to get punished for your wrong decision of marrying two people and not consetrate on your love.

Sorry but it was not love but it was just a choice.
