Divorce

My marriage was celebrated by hindu rituals and tradition ,

I have a RCR in my favour, still after 4-5 yrs she is not willing to living in a family with me  and not willing to take divorce too.., will it be easier for me to get divorce if i change into other religion in which a divorce procedure is comparatively easy??

You can easily get divorce.  File a petition for dissolution of marriage under Sec.13 (1A) (ii) of Hindu Marriage Act.  One year separation after getting decree of RCR is sufficient to get divorce.

You need not change religion for it.
