Sir/Madam,
One of my friend just married a year ago but the husband and wife never live together except for one month.Now the wife dont want to live with him and ready to sign any papers but refuse to come to the court for Diverce.In this connection,I shall be glad to recieve advice on the following.
1. can he move through family court for advising her to live with him.
2.can he get Diverce even if she refuse to come to the court.
3.if yes what is the procedures
