Divorce

Hi All,

Initially i filed RCR and later before the court my wife agreed to live together. Staying with me for hardly 10 days, she left the house and filed maintainence case seeking 30,000 per month for her and my daughter.

After consulting with my lawyer, i filed divorce case based on cruelty grounds.

Currently she is working and have the email confirmation mail for her company hr that she is working iwth company.

During her 10 days of stay , she without my knowledge she took away a xerox copy of my salary annexure.

I have a burden of RS 1o lakhs as loan, which i am not paying monthly but at any point of time i have to repay them.

As she is alreday working, i don't want to pay her any maintainence.

Also i want to get divorce for her.

Please suggest.

Only ten days of marriage she left your Home. Its very strang.

Its sure you have not disclose here all facts. Somethings is hidden.

Why don't you willing to come back her.

Whats cruelty she has made upon you ?

My advise- If you are not hide your fault than you have to go mediation first so that you may save your matrimonial life. You have to give a chance to youe wife and bring her home.

teh cases are dependent on the facts ..if you can prove she is working then she will not get any maintenance.

@RK -- Its not after 10 days of marriage. Its after RCR mutual agreement to stay together. she hardly stayed for 10 days and left the house along with her parents
