Thanks for the clarification regarding exparty. I have no objection in returning back her house hold articles or jewels even sarees too. But opposite advocate threaten that only after giving articles divorce order from court would be given.
Kindly advise me how to tackle this situation.
Correct me if my suggestion is correct : I have already told him that once after receiving divorce copy from court from date of receipt after one week i said i would be returning back the goods. Can we get written confirmation from them that in future they would disturb me in any way.
