I filed divorce case on DEC 2013 . I married on JULY 1992, have 20yrs osn studying BE.
My wife went to police station on feb 2014 and POLICE asked me to give in writing that I WILL NOT DISTURB HER EITHER IN PERSON OR MOBILE. I given in writing. I asked a copy of that letter, but, police denied.
If I get, I may produce to court as she is not willing to live with me.
My doubt is
1.When I filed divorce case, Is it possible to my wife to MOVE to police?
2.How can I get a copy of that complaint?
3.My things like two wheeler lap top, are in her house. How can i get back in this situation?
