Judicial Separation is done between husband and wife in mediation center under sec 13A of HMA. Husband now wants to get divorce based on no cohabitation for one year after Judicial Separation under sec 13(1-A). Would he be required to prove cruelty or ground of one year of no cohabitation is enough.
