Divorce alimony calculation

I got married before 5 months. Because of repeated issues we have decided to take mutual divorce and she left to her home 3 months back. But her father advised her not to take mutual dv and he is planning to give false complaints against me so that he can get huge permanent alimony. My take home salary is 50k and her take home salary is 20k. My age is 28 and her age is 24. Her father is working in a central govt. job and my father is not working and dependant on me. She is not pregnant and her education qualification is better than mine. My question is in what ways i can avoid alimony, if not approximately how much i need to pay as permanent alimony.
