Divorce and adualtary

Hi.. I would also like to know that if Husband has filed divorce case against his wife on the ground of Adultery, Cruelty and Dissertion and submitted  lots of evidence for that (Girl has bf before her marriage and after marriage she disclosed this infront of her husband however there was no relationship between them- girl and her bf) but Husband collected those photographs (girls photograph with her bf which was taken prior to their marriage) and filed the divorce case.All the evidences are not true.  

Also both of them got remarried and husband has a child too.. In that case who will be punished and whether the girl can still ask only for those things which her father had given at the time of her first marriage.

What can be the worst decision of court in this case...

@Indian sufferer; the judgment in the DV case in your favor will be the precedence and strong defence for you to tackle all her other cases against you and vis-a-vis, go ahead challenging the same way you did it before.

@abcdet: First of all you should use your own thread and to post your queries in others thread. To your query, since both the husband and wife after divorce are reported to have married different people again and settled, the wife has no claim for maintenance or anything from her previous husband however, she can claim her streedhan properties left behind with her previous husband, if he refuses she can approach the issue legally.
