Divorce and rcr

Dear sirs

Husband has filed divorce based on mental cruelty and desertion after 2 years.

Wife has filed transfer petition for transfering divorce case in supreme court and then wife has filed RCR and maintenance under section 24 and section 26. Wife working and having same salary as husband.

Both have a kid of approx 2 years.

Counselling in RCR case is going on as supreme court has stayed the divorce case which is filed earlier

Counsellor of RCR has given a choice to the husband that the husband and the wife can stay together for 3 months where wife will take 3 month leave from office and come any stay with husband. Wife and husband will report to the counsellor once every month. Both the cases i.e. divorce and rcr will be stayed by a a paper signed by husband and wife. wife tooka transfer and started working at husband' s place and Wife resigned from husbands place and took a new job in wife's fathers place. Now transfer is difficult and wife resignation is difficult.

Will it weaken the case of the husband if the husband allows the three months trial period.

If husband allows the trial period  and wife neither resigns nor takes a transfer then what are the merits of the case for the husband
