I am a married man have 9 years old son and working in Chennai. We are living separately for the last 4 years. Since beginning we had a lot of problems and it went to extreme end (she field a case against me and my mother and later withdrew it after I got bail). So I applied for divorce 2 years ago at my home town in Tamil Nadu and the case is in progress. My wife is working in Bangalore.
For the past six months my wife was telling everyone that she wants to live with me. After a lot of hesitation I agreed to live and had a discussion with her (4 months ago).
She had been coming to Chennai where I am working (this is not my martial home). She forced me to withdraw the case. I told my lawyer to withdraw the case but my lawyer told me to wait for few months.
Last month my office asked me to relocate to Bangalore my march end. So I informed her about my transfer. She started saying that she didn’t want to stay together and told me to look for accommodation for myself. I really got confused. I didn’t know her intention as well. She stopped coming to my place also not talking to me.
I feel I did a big mistake by accepting living together.
Now my question is.
Is it possible for me to continue the divorce case?(we didn’t withdraw it).
We have been living separately for most part of our married life. So am I afraid that my life will go like this.
Please provide me a better solution.
