Divorce case

Dear Experts,

Need your expert advise for my Divorce Case. 

I want to confirm whether Divorce Case can be shifted to Fast Track Family Court. Would like to mention here that since May 2015; there had been no Hearings in the Court due to Summer Vacation, lawyer Strike & Transfer of Judge; due to which no further proceedings are happening.

Family court is itself a fast-track in nature. Fast-track courts are not immune of summer vacation, advocates' strike or judges' transfer. If the family court in which your case is pending is vacant due to transfer of the judge, then you file an application for transfer of your case from this family court to that family court.
