If the girl do not agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement stated to have been executed out side Court before filing petition for grant of a decree of divorce, it is not an agreement.
Either there is something concealed or vague facts have been posted by you.
It is better to consult your lawyer engaged for filing petition for grant of decree of divorce.
