My divorce case was running in mediation cell of court since February 2012.One time alimony talk was going in mediation cell mean while my wife filed dowry case in October 2012. After dowry case I increased my one time settlement amount but they also increased their demand. Atlast I thought to withdraw my divorce case in January 2013 by submitting case withdrawl application.In January 2013 divorce withdral petition submitted. But till today case is going on in mediation cell. My wife reaches there on each day and my lawyer take date. I am not attending mediation since January 2013.
When will my divorce case withdraw happen?
