I have a divorce case in family court from 2013. My husband has taken stay for the same case in the high court. The high court case is lying since one year and he has not got it vacated as the stay is against his filed case. In this case I would like to know
1. Should I get the divorce case vacated or should I wait for him to vacate the stay?
2.what will be the future if the case stays in the highcourt without further proceedings?
Kindly anyone advise me on this.
