Foreign Divorce judgments are valid in India also subject to certain conditions.  In your case, if the competent court in Canada tried the case and your wife appeared in it, and as per the matching provisions of the Indian law (especially Civil Procedure Code) and personal law governing your marriage.

If she is trying to obtain another divorce and also claiming maint. with the second date, tell her, ONLY VERBALLY, that she attracts Penal provisions.

What I can do about that?

---   you send your divorce papers to the indian court, alongwith an advocate of your confidence.let the indian court check first.

SHE CANT EXECUTE THE FOREGN DECREES IN INDIA.SHE HAS NO RIGHT.IF SHE WANT TO GET RELIEF, SHE HAS TO TAKE THE HELP OF INDIAN COURTS .
