My wife had been cheating on me for long, which was only discovered in dec 2011(married1994).
tried to bring her back didnt work, so started spuing myself on her. Got her phone call details, conversations(single side & both-sided), installed CCTV camera in my bedroom & caught her with other man.
When confronted, in aggression, in dec 2012, she filed a false DV case in Feb 2013.
The case is ongoing & is on cross.
Meanwhile, I have filed the divorce plea, at hometown. She is not receiving summons(3 times) & told my lawyer that she will get it transferred interstate.
There are so many other things like she has bought a hous by her male counterpart a flat at half rate & that too in cash.
How to get rid off this "sooner is better"
