hi...this is astay legal assistant from pakistan...my friend n.k is a hindu and is from india and he want to get divorce from his wife. they are married since 6 years but realation between them got strained after a few month of marriage. they are living apart almost for six years.they have one kid.
now problem is that his wife is a D.I.G's daughtr and when he went to them to ask for ammicable separation as there is an unofficial separation between them for six years.her father threatnened him if he proceeded for divorce then he must be ready to face the music. and they will charge him with allegations of house violance and of demanding dowry articles.her father asked him to leave india

plz suggest me if he goes to some other country can he get decree of dissolution of marriage on the suitable ground mentioned in hindu marriage act 1955? such as conversion to some other religion or no conjugal relation between spouse.as it is almost impossible for him to get divorce from an indian court
