I got married about a year back in Kerala in church under christinan law. my Wife left for US few days later, they have cheated me. they dont want me to come to US nor are willing to send her to India. they arent willing to file Divorce either. There has been no communication for the past 8-9 months.what can i do to get a divorce from her. I currently work in Bangalore. So can i file for Divorce in Bangalore or it has to be done in Kerala?

you can file in kerala where you married or at the place where you resided together.file a contested divorce on grounds of cruelty

why she left you have not mentioined the reason behind her living you after marriage what was the allegations

@Adv. K Mahesh. There was a fallout between her father and me, the father wants to control his daughter life and doesnt want to leave her to her husband i.e me. she has sided with her father and doesnt want to be with me unless i agree to her fathers every impracticle conditions. now they have stopped picking my calls or replying to my mails
