Divorce granted on cruelty of wife towards husband and inlaws

Hi

I am writting on behalf of my husband.

We both are divorcees and got remarried in January 2018.
Mine was a mutual divorce so i came out clean. But my husband won a contested divorce.

He was able to win his divorce case in lower court , proving cruelty of his ex wife ,which included physical abuse on inlaws , on thier baby, and also on my husband, were his ex wife used to kick him in his private parts and his stomach while he sleeps after his duty. And also she admitted in threatning of commiting suicide and making inlaws and husband to get punished for that.Plus she admitted to have threatning kil
l the baby by overdosing with her breast milk after consumption of drugs prescibed for her depression.

My husband who coudnt stand away from his child filed for custody of child, in High court. But at this time the child was so young as 2 yrs and he was denied custody. But she also filed for restitution of conjugal rights and dissolution of divorce decree.
But after fighting case in High court for 3 yrs my husband won the case in his favour with no cost to the judgment.

We waited a peroid of 120 days and got married .But soon we came to know she filed for slp in supreme court again for restitution of conjugal rights plus asking money of 25% of his salary per month.
We filed a reply to her slp plus we filed a new slp asking for custody of child again.

In sc we are waiting for the hearing dates since our slp was submitted for hearing and both our slp got clubbed.

Long before when divorce was going in lower court , his ex wife have filed for 125 in lower court, for which she got an expedite order from same highcourt now and we are streesed to pay her demand of 70000 per month .

In addition to all these my husband and his parents were thrown out from his own apartment by her and she threatning with local goons and police to stop him from entering his house, plus sending him legal notice asking him to staw away from apartment and this happened 4 yrs back and from then my husband and his family are staying on rent in his working city.

I know the above story gives u wild guess on our situation and we have hired the best lawyers in high court and supreme court.

The motive behind me writing in this forum is just to get some ideas and suggestions from all of you on what are the posdibilities and points which we can win the case.

Thanks
