Divorce is in process, I am also going to file written petition for divorce on grounds of desertion and adultery. My son is now 3 years, wife has claimed for maintaince for her and the child, I want to give maintenance only for my child as my wife is a b tech it and was working in the past. Now the question is
1. My son is a by born Muslim, wife was a Christian by birth but married me after conversion to Islam. Now can my wife change my son's name, is that not against the law that a minor child by born name should not be changed.
2. I want my son only to study in a Hindhu school due to hindhus are friendly in my opinion as well as will allow me to see my child at the school without any issues, also if my child is admitted in a christian school then the management will support my christian wife and will not even allow me to see my child at school. So, if I request the judge that the child should be admitted only in a Hindhu school, will the judge accepts and pass order.(due to I am going to owe my child's education expenses entirely)
3. My child was forcefully taken away in order to be raised in my wife's religion, I know my wife and family are taking mu son to the church every week, I don't care, but my question is can I request the judge that my son need to be circmsised due to he was a by born Muslim child, in that case will the court accepts for circumsicion.
Note: wife has been living only as a christian but in the petition she has stated both her by born mame and her Muslim name.
