Divorce(love marriage)

Dear Members!

My friend facing some problem that is during his love time,He and his lover made Register marriage(without knowledge of family) and It is certified with Embassy,HRD etc..,.After that his lover(Girl) had married another guy in 2010 due to some family problem,that is arranged marriage but not registered.The first marriage is not yet cleared till now(No Divorce).Now my frd is going to marry another girl(arrangement marriage).

Note:Infront of Notary Publice she signed stamp paper that she can not disturb and will not take ask any property wise,this is my own interest to leave from him.

Question:

1.whether he will face any problem during his 2nd marriage registration and certificate stamping time?

2.In future that first wife(lover),whether she can make any legal problem?

3.In future that 2nd wife can face any problem reg husband property etc..?

4.Tell me any other problem he might be face ?

YES. court divorce decree is a must.

2.In future that first wife(lover),whether she can make any legal problem?

without a divorce decree, the fist wife is the legally wedded wife. She can avail all the gender biased laws.

YES. the 2nd wife's marriage would be void ab initio.

4.Tell me any other problem he might be face ?

The list would be long. DO NOT GO THIS WAY.

get divorce decree from court before remarrying

the notarized stamp paper agreement is having ZERO value in the eyes of law.

girl second mariage without divorce first husband is void.

Divorce is must. Otherwise it may be faced difficulty.

does girl second Husband know about first marriage or about relation with you.

Don't take step at once its matter of two family lifes. Its matter related to phyclogical & social based.

Thanks for your Information,

Girl 2nd marriage was not registered,

Girl 2nd husband does not know about 1st register marriage?

Lover(Guy) is going to marry,So after his marriage there is any problem to get 1st marriage divorce legally?

If both lover (1st guy and girl) are mutually agreed to make divorce,How much time will take to get divorce and without both presence is possible to get divorce through lawyer to avoid un neccessary family prob.

Suppose If they are applying divorce,whom will be apply (either girl or boy) for the best way to resolve problem and easy to get clearance?
