divorce on cruelty grounds

Dear members, I have filed divorce under cruelty & desertion grounds after that my wife filed FIR against me & my family U/S 498A, 3/4, 406, 328 against me & my mother & S- 376/511 against my father. During initial police inquiry police have removed S-328 & 376/511 & we all are on regular bail. Final report have no S - 328 & 376/511. Charge sheet is yet to come in Court. Does Removal of Sec - 328 & 376/511 becomes the cruelty ground against my wife, will it help me in divorce case.?? Can I file defamation case against her or shall I wait for the chargesheet to come into court?
