Divorce petition

My NRI son has filed divorce petition on insanity grounds backed by medical proof and the bride has left her jewellery and other valubles in the house of her husband at India.Whether it is necessary to inform this matter to the court and if so,how and when.Whether the valubles can be deposited in the court for their keep till the disposal of the divorce petition. The first hearing is likely to come up in the third week of this month.

Move an application on the next date of hearing listing the articles lying with the matrimonial home and showing willingness to return them instantly.  the court will give direction on the application.

Hello

I appreciate your genuine and sincere thoughts. A memo can be filed informing  the concerned court that  the respondent wife has left her jewellery and other valubles in the matrimonial house and express your willingness therein to return those things either to her or to anybody as the case me as per the direction of the Hon'ble court .
