divorce petition

hi my husband filed for divorce under 13 b 1(ia). He has attached messages as proof but only his side .has tried proving extra marital affair by mails not from my I'd. I've tried my best to let the marriage work .me n my family has gone several times so my marriage could be saved.its been 4 years in court .now he has been able to procure a judgement from supreme court on disposal of divorce case within 3 months .his grounds are mental cruelty n desertion .whereas I have all proofs that I wanted to return .is it still possible that divorce will be granted ?
