Divorce Query

To All Club Memebers

My brother is undergoing a divorce procedure, they are staying away from Jan 2011, initially they were ready to file the mutual divorce case, bt certainly the opposite party says that they will do it after the 1 year completion of her miscarraige which is due in July, 2011, so is there any such law which says that it has to complete 1 yr of miscarraige of a child , or can they claim allimony on that grounds.

Required your reply on the same

Dear Mr Ali

Than for your valuable input, bt the procedure is yet not initiated, they have just verbally confirmed for mutual divorce, after July if the case is filed and if my brother does not accept it and disagree to sign, can the she do the police complaint and can my brother and parents be put under the bars.
