Divorce under 13b

Does it mandatory under 13B to file an affidavit of parents / relatives either of the parties (that they tried to tie up) at the time of final order [2nd motion]?

No affidavit of parents required in section 13B divorce proceedings. The parties only give affidavit and make statement in the court for dissolution of marriage by their free consent.

Affidavits of parents or any third person is not required in the proceedings under the provision of section 13B of HMA other than the parties to the case.
