Divorce while petitioner absent

IS IT POSSIBLE TO FILE DIVORCE PETITION WHILE PETIONER ABSENT. AS PETIONER IS NON INDIAN. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE POA. 

498A AQUITTAL. ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF 498A HE GOT STUCK HERE. ANY WAY FOR THIS SITUATION.

Yes you can file in your absence.   The Petition drafted by your lawyer canbe sent to you thru Emal and you get it notorised or verified//affirmed thru conulate f India and then post it back and the asmea cn be file d thru Porwer of Attorneyand thesame can be affrmed/verified thru vido cobferencing

i have already got 498a acquitted . now i want to file divorce . i have to be in abroad. these are facts

whatnot   22 August 2016

There is precedent that false aquistion consitutes to cruelty and ground for Divorce.

It is suggested to be present to file case (assuming you are still in india), make a POA and hand it over to Lawyer and fly. Whole case may come to an end.
