Dear Sir, If a woman financially earning well than her unemployed husband have to pay alimony to her husband?

You should pay alimnoy till the day she remarries.

If the husband seek maintenance u/s 24 or permanent alimony and maintenance u/s 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and main petition under the Act is pending or is being decided he may be granted relief by the Family Court not otherwise under any other provision of law which are for providing relief to wife only not husband.

Earning women is not entitled for maintenance

No, the law does not say so. A woman is entitled to alimony only if she is not financially sound.
