Dear Experts,
My father are five brothers. Brother no. 1,3 & 4 are decesed and brother no. 2 is having a possession of our ancestral properties.My father is the elder one (no. 5). My father have given his consent to His elder brother no. 2 that if children of Brother no. 1 will reside in our ancestral property than they have legal rights in my father share but both childrens are never reside their.
My question is can i file a suit for possession or share since My uncle is not giving my share. Please guide me.
