Every stamp paper when issued it is issued on the name of the stamp duty payer, the same name also reflects in the Register of the Stamp paper vendor against its(Stamp Paer's ) Number.

Now When Document is Challanged you can ask to track the Name to whom it was issued and entered in Register.

The Stamp paper should be on the name any of the party executing the document.

the only way out is you can only challange the stamp paper vendor, but if you wan to proove the facts of 6 years and 2 years , there is no way out

thanks, yes,I would to know if the matter was typed recently on an old dated stamp paper, to say that the deal was there since long which i doubt was not
