1. a client is willing to purchase flat situated at vashi.
2. construction is completed.
3. he will sign required documents but same shall not registered till society is formed.
4. once society is formed all documents shall be registered at same time.
5. builder is asking to make payment first in order to sign the documents. however it shall be registered when society is form.
kindly guide about legal procedure and authenticity in whatever stated by the builder in order to avoid dispute
