Wife filed complaint in women cell to go back to matrimonial home, allegations of torture, dowry also there Final Report made by an official, came back with a few objections, all cases including this case transferred to other women cell in routine, new officials taken off all old statements, report etc and made a new report thus removing n omitting old documents from police file.
Fir registered 498a 406 only against husband (all others excluded bcoz they bribed new official)
Now the scene is that
Old records not in police file but photocopies present in old women cell
Wife got all photocopies thru RTI
Wife has record
Police file does not contain originals
What can wife do?
