As per my view it would take less time than earlier. It would be beneficial for those people who are facing the cases for long time

the wholethingh is hestaty and remote possibility to pass as law.

So according to you a unilateral S. 13 B suit can be decreed if Amendement comes into force !

This I asked, what if other spouse is like Mr Shinde who is unwilling party ? Kindly elucidate your further views on this question.
