Does my father has right over my mother's ancestral property

Only 2 daughter's to my grand parents, my mother and her younger sister. My mother is working and my aunt is house wife. Both my mom and aunt have 2 daughters each. There is a land and house in the name of my grand father. My mother doesn't want share in the property. Below are my questions 1) Does my father has any right over the property without my mother's willingness 2) If my aunt want to transfer share to my mother, can she do without my mother's willingness/signature 3) If my mother want to transfer all the property to my aunt, does it require my father willingness/signature
