Based on the gram panchayat (since my village in Gujarat is small) records and revenue department record, I own a house since 1985 and it was tranferred to me based on my Grand Fathers (expired in 1981) WILL in 1985. The house is empty. It was tranferred by my father and he has also expired.
No one including Gram Panchayat has copy of WILL (checked all relevant offices where possible).
Does any of my grand father's daughter or my brothers and sisters have any rights on this house now after 27 years of transfer on my name.
Dosuments I have in my favour are Gram panchayat record, akarni (revenue) register and property tax receipts.
